The dark chocolate chips are a nice touch against the peanut butter without overpowering it. I've been grabbing one after lunch and it satisfies that craving for something sweet but still filling.
The sweetness and salt balance is spot-on, but the little dark chocolate chips are what keep me coming back — they add just enough crunch without overpowering the peanut butter. I keep a few in the fridge for that mid-afternoon slump, and one bar genuinely holds me over till dinner.
Pulled one out of the fridge after a long run and the combo of salty peanut butter with those little dark chocolate bits hit exactly right. It's dense enough that half the bar actually fills me up, which I wasn't expecting.
