Här är vår familjerecept som startade allt! En tugga och du förstår varför denna whole food-proteinstång är, ja, perfekt!
These little bars are perfect for stashing in my work bag when the afternoon slump hits. The texture is dense and satisfying, and I can really taste the fresh honey mixed in with the peanut butter.
I’m not a breakfast person but these are my new 7am fix when I’m running late—the honey sweetness hits right away and the 10 grams of protein actually keeps me full until lunch. For a snack bar this size, the peanut butter taste is remarkably fresh, not that artificial chalky stuff.
The texture is spot-on—creamy peanut butter with just the right chew, and the honey keeps it from being too dry. I grab one mid-morning and those 10 grams of protein actually hold me until lunch without the usual crash.
