Kokosjordnötssmör

I was honestly skeptical about mixing coconut into peanut butter, but the texture is so smooth and creamy that it spreads perfectly on my morning toast without tearing it up. The organic peanut base comes through rich and nutty, and I’ve already finished half the jar in two days—it’s dangerously goo

The coconut flavor is subtle enough that the creamy organic peanut butter still shines through, which is exactly what I wanted. Spread it on a warm banana slice and it's pure island relaxation between the grind of the workday.

I keep a jar in my desk drawer for the 3 p.m. slump, and the creamy organic peanut butter mixes with that subtle coconut flavor just enough to feel like a mini vacation. It's become my little ritual, and it doesn't leave that weird oily film on my spoon like other nut butters.
