Karamel Asin

The sea salt on top is what gets me—it balances the sweet caramel just right, and the cashew-peanut butter base keeps it from tasting chalky like some bars. I've already eaten three this week, and the 12 grams of protein actually holds me over till lunch.

I was skeptical about another protein bar, but the sea salt on top really balances the sweetness of the caramel and nut butter. The 12 grams of whole food protein keeps me full for hours, and the texture is dense but not dry.

The caramel actually comes through as a real buttery sweetness, not that fake sugary taste, and the cashew and peanut butter combo keeps it from being too cloying. I grabbed one as a mid-afternoon snack and it genuinely held me over until dinner without making me feel sluggish.
