Zartbitter-Erdnussbutter

Pulled one out of the fridge after a long run and the combo of salty peanut butter with those little dark chocolate bits hit exactly right. It's dense enough that half the bar actually fills me up, which I wasn't expecting.

The dark chocolate chips scattered through this are the perfect counter to the salty peanut butter, and it's got that dense, satisfying texture that actually keeps me full until lunch. I just cut off a slice and it feels like a treat, not a chore to eat healthy.
